Deep relaxation
One of the most important practice yogis do, and one highly over looked by popular western yoga is " Deep Relaxation". In todays busy world most people do not get enough rest. In our private sessions we offer the ancient yogic practice of " Yoga Nidra" to help you deeply relax and recover.
